(click link at left to download) Under our CC&Rs, written approval of the HOA Board is required for all exterior construction, alterations and painting of properties within SpringPointe as those changes affect the community as a whole. These Architectural Guidelines are the regulations for exterior modifications, replacements, and/or additions on your Unit or Lot. The Architecture Review Committee applies these Guidelines when considering Owners' requests.
Before beginning any exterior modification, including painting, Owners must print and fill in this form, then submit it to the Architectural Review Committee to request approval.
(click link at left to download) This Rule provides a list of Board-Approved colors, as well as specific rules governing colors on various sections of your home. Paint color names are for Benjamin Moore brand, available in Green Valley for example at Ace Hardware at Esperanza Plaza. Samples of the colors are available at the Clubhouse/Social Center or by contacting the chair of the Architectural Committee. Samples can be borrowed and taken for computer matching at most paint stores.
